-Regular planning sessions and unlimited email availability (from date of booking) -Venue and all vendor recommendation and negotiation -Venue and all vendor communication and payment management -Access to our online planning program -Budget planning assistance -Assistance establishing wedding vision -Ceremony/reception layout creation -Wedding weekend timeline creation -Seating chart creation -Final headcount sent to all vendors -Final walk-through -Suggest and coordinate wedding party gifts, welcome bags, and favors -Coordination with vendors/wedding party/parents concerning day-of timeline, directions, and locations -Direction of a one hour rehearsal -Day-of direction and vendor payment distribution -Oversee all day-of aesthetic details -Ensure marriage license is obtained and signed -Working directly with photographer on styling detail shots for publication -10 hours of day-of availability (can be extended for an additional fee)
