-Regular planning sessions (6 months prior to event date) -Vendor recommendation -Assistance establishing wedding vision -Ceremony/reception layout recommendations -Wedding weekend timeline creation -Final headcount sent to all vendors -Final walk through -Coordination with vendors/wedding party/parents concerning day-of timeline, directions, and locations -Direction of a one hour rehearsal -Day-of direction and vendor payment distribution -Oversee all day-of aesthetic details -Ensure marriage license is obtained and signed -7 hours day-of coordination (can be extended for an additional fee)
